Fay Rackley is a member of Legacy Lives On, a non-profit organization/ministry that provides continuous ongoing support to families that have been affected and have lost loved ones to homicide or street violence.
Fay lost her grandson Kenneth K. Rackley to homicide in 2010. In this short video, Fay shares her thoughts about the importance of Harmony & Hope to her and other mothers who have lost loved ones to homicide.
